Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We have a FREE SHIPPING in India ONLY available during certain offers or discounts or during certain sales and deals.
The applicable shipping charges can be seen on the product page before a product is selected to be added in the cart.

This is to ensure that your selected and bought merchandise reaches you well in time and in secured way. Our highly reliable and trustworthy logistics partners and shipping agents ensures a seamless and secured delivery process.
Perfect Packaging
We ensure safe and secure packaging of all the products shipped by us, so that you get your garments and purchases in perfect condition. However, in case you receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear pictures of the tampered package, before opening it further. Please share the images with us at the earliest, mentioning order details. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We try our best to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep in minimum 10 days not exceeding maximum of 15 days from your placing the order with us.
Once an Order is placed and the Payment is confirmed – the product enters its delivery cycle. An ordered product may or may not be available at our warehouse, when an order is placed. Thus, some products may enter the procurement process upon order.
